  • Open the vegetables container and add the salmon chunks on top of the vegetables. Close lid tightly and microwave on high setting for 2.5 minutes.

  • While microwave is on, heat canola oil in skillet over high heat.

  • When mixture in the microwave is done, drain liquids then carefully add veggies and samon to skillet and cook until vegetables are tender and salmon is cooked to your preference, or about 4-6 minutes. Avoid stirring the mixture too frequently since doing so might break apart the salmon.
