Add water to a medium pot and bring water to a nice rolling boil. Add half a teaspoon of salt. Add the pasta to the pot but don't break it to make it fit. Let the ends stick out until the submerged sections soften, about half a minute or so. Then stir to bend the pasta and push it underwater.

Turn down heat slightly to prevent water from boiling over and allow pasta to cook for about 10-12 minutes or until tender.

While the pasta is being cooked, add one tablespoon of olive oil to a medium/large skillet then add chicken strips and cook until hot. Remember, the chicken is already cooked. You’re just heating it well.

You may want to steam the broccoli at this point using a method of your choice.

When the pasta is done, remove and drain and set aside. You can re-use this same pot now for the next step.

Add one tablespoon of olive oil, garlic. Slightly brown the garlic over medium heat (be careful not too overcook and burn it).

Slowly add the manufacturing cream then bring it to bowl while stirring constantly.

While it’s boiling, add the parmesan cheese then allow to simmer over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.

Add the pasta, reduce heat to low, and stir until ingredients are well mixed.

If you notice that the ingredients are too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to thin it down. If it is too thin and runny, let it cook for another minute.

At this point, you may add the chicken and mix it all into the pasta while in the pot or you may add it to your serving once plated. The same applies to the broccoli and the parsley.
