Recipe Steps

  • It is important that you DO NOT place the olive oil container inside your fridge. Keep it on your kitchen counter or in your pantry until you're ready to mix the salad. Otherwise it will cryatalize and harden up. If you do end up putting it in your fridge, you can liquify it back to "normal" by warming it to room temperature.

  • Add the ingredients that are in the large container to a large bowl. Use a spoon to scrape out the cracked wheat that is at the bottom of the container. It usually sticks to the bottom of the container.

  • Add the lemon juice to the olive oil container. Close the container's lid (double check it!) and mix it simply by shaking it for a few seconds.

  • Pour the olive oil and lemon juice mixture to the salad.
