This meal kit includes these ingredients.

  • Green kale, rough chopped
  • Carrots, shredded
  • Red onions, strips
  • Cilantro, leaves
  • Lime
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Organic tamari sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds

  • In a large bowl, toss the chopped kale, shredded carrots, red onion strips, and cilantro leaves.

  • Add the juice from the 2 limes.

  • Cut the avocado into diced or sliced pieces and add to bowl.

  • Add the cherry tomatoes (whole or halved).

  • Add the tamari sauce.

  • Mix all ingredients well and allow to sit in the bowl, tossing occasionally (important!), for up to 30 minutes. This will cause the kale to soften and improve texture.
